This policy applies to all journals published under Kerolex Academic Press

Kerolex Academic Press (KAP) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. All journals published under KAP follow internationally accepted ethical guidelines to ensure transparency, quality, and credibility in scholarly publishing.

Duties of Authors

  • Authors must submit original and unpublished work
  • Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited
  • Proper acknowledgment of sources must be provided
  • All listed authors should have made significant contributions
  • Authors must disclose any conflict of interest
  • Ethical approval must be obtained for studies involving humans or animals

Duties of Editors

  • Editors are responsible for making fair and unbiased decisions
  • Manuscripts are evaluated based on academic merit only
  • Confidentiality of submitted manuscripts must be maintained
  • Editors must avoid conflicts of interest

Duties of Reviewers

  • Reviewers must provide objective and constructive feedback
  • Confidentiality of the manuscript must be maintained
  • Reviewers should identify relevant published work not cited
  • Any conflict of interest must be disclosed

Peer Review Ethics

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process
  • Review decisions are based on quality, originality, and relevance
  • The editorial decision (accept/revise/reject) is final

Plagiarism Policy

  • All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools
  • Manuscripts with high similarity index will be rejected
  • Acceptable similarity limit is generally below 10–15%

Publication Misconduct

The journals strictly prohibit:

  • Data fabrication or falsification
  • Duplicate publication
  • Improper authorship
  • Citation manipulation

Any such misconduct will result in rejection or retraction of the article.

Retraction Policy

  • Articles may be retracted in cases of serious ethical violations
  • Retraction notices will be clearly linked to the original article

Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their work
  • Articles are published under open-access licensing
