This policy applies to all journals published under Kerolex Academic Press

Kerolex Academic Press (KAP) follows a transparent and structured editorial policy to ensure the publication of high-quality, ethical, and scientifically sound research across all its journals.

Editorial Independence

The editorial teams operate with full independence and make decisions based solely on the academic merit, originality, and relevance of the submitted manuscripts. The publisher does not influence editorial decisions.

Editorial Responsibilities

  • The editorial board is responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the journals
  • Editors evaluate manuscripts based on scientific merit and relevance
  • Editors ensure a fair and unbiased review process
  • Confidentiality of submitted manuscripts is strictly maintained

 Manuscript Evaluation

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess:

  • Relevance to the journal scope
  • Originality and quality
  • Compliance with submission guidelines

Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria may be rejected without peer review.

Decision-Making Process

The final decision on a manuscript is taken by the Editor-in-Chief or handling editor based on reviewer comments. The possible decisions include:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

 

 Confidentiality

Editors and editorial staff must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, and relevant editorial members.

Conflict of Interest

Editors must disclose any conflicts of interest related to submitted manuscripts. If a conflict exists, the manuscript will be reassigned to another editor.

Ethical Standards

All journals under KAP adhere to internationally accepted ethical standards in scholarly publishing. Any form of misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate publication, will be handled according to established ethical guidelines.

Corrections and Retractions

  • Errors identified after publication will be corrected through official notices
  • Articles may be retracted in cases of serious ethical violations
