Author Guidelines

KEROLEX ACADEMIC PRESS

This guideline applies to all journals published under Kerolex Academic Press

Kerolex Academic Press (KAP) welcomes the submission of high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare, and related interdisciplinary fields. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.

 Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journals accept the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Short Communications
  • Case Studies
  • Technical Notes

Manuscript Preparation

Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English

Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: Standard (1 inch on all sides)

 Structure of the Manuscript

Authors should prepare the manuscript in the following format:

  1. Title Page
  2. Abstract (150–250 words)
  3. Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  4. Introduction
  5. Materials and Methods
  6. Results
  7. Discussion
  8. Conclusion
  9. Acknowledgment (if any)
  10. References

Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables should be clear and properly labeled
  • Each figure/table must have a caption
  • Images should be of high resolution

 Referencing Style

  • Authors should follow a standard referencing style (e.g., Vancouver / APA)
  • References must be properly cited in the text

 Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted through the online submission system (OJS)
  • Authors must register and upload their manuscript through the journal website

 Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process
  • Authors will be notified about acceptance, revision, or rejection

 Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism
  • Similarity index should be within acceptable limits (generally below 10–15%)

Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must ensure ethical approval (if applicable)
  • Informed consent must be obtained for clinical studies

 

Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their work
  • Published articles will be distributed under appropriate open-access licensing
